In 1949 Autop invented a new & now a long proven design for in-ground lifts. These design features are different than current technology. For the in-ground cassette lift market, these long lasting lift designs have proved to be the ONLY way to manufacture, design and install cassette lifts when the goal is a lift that lasts!

Autop lifts start with a water tight container encased ina concrete “vault” to stop moisture & condensation within the lifts cassette. Autop lifts have no need for water detection systems & internal water pumps found on other cassette lifts, BECAUSE NO MOISTURE FROM CONDENSATION GETS INTO THE LIFT.

Twin inverted cylinders are made of high grade steel, and then chromed to smoothly ride in Teflon®slide rings. Simply stated, Autop chrome cylinders do not rust! Autops unique & flexible cross arm equalization system assures the cylinders are guided perfectly straight into special alloy guide bearings and smoothly ride on Teflon slide rings. This industry exclusive equalizer prevents problems from imbalanced vehicle loads (front to rear or side to side). The cross arm equalization incorporates both an air operated safety device and torsional locks for double protection.

Autop lift swing arms all incorporate automatic arms restraints. These swing arms are the LOWEST in the lift business for low ride height vehicles & easy loading. All swing arm lifts are available with a variety of optional height adaptors in addition to the low profile adjustable pads.

FEATURES:

1. Hardened chrome pistons equipped with a special alloy guide bearing that will not rust.
2. Water tight, sealed aluminum access cover seals out moistureand dirt from inside the cassette. Stainless steel bolts secure the water tight access cover and will not rust or break off during inspection.
3. 3 piece flexible synchronization arm prevents binding due to imbalanced loads and assures long guide bearing life. As the cylinders are constantly being guided straight into the guides at top of lift.
4. Arm restraints which automatically engage upon lifting.
5. Cylinders push-off of concrete footing as lift is not suspended (hung) form the floor like other lift designs. No internal structuring to support the lift & rust out.
6. Mechanical safety locks automatically start engaging at only 3" of lifting height and are spaced out every 2". Air lock body which also supplies shop air at each superstrucure.
